Osteopathy

Is a manual, holistic therapy that views the body, mind and all its systems as a single unit. The osteopath achieves his goal by fine-tuning and strengthening the body's own regulatory abilities, which are innate to every person. Every person is unique in their physical, emotional and mental constitution, and so the blockages that hinder the body's ability to heal are also unique. The osteopath helps to identify the blockages and treat them using manual techniques, which leads to healing and promotes well-being.

Systemic constellation work

is the method of choice for understanding acute or recurring challenges in a larger systemic context and developing holistic solutions. It reveals the place we occupy in the system (family / couple / organization) and the learned patterns with which we unconsciously create and nourish challenging situations. A good place in the system and in life enables us to feel that we belong and to live our creativity openly.

Trauma work / Somatic Experiencing (SE)

is a body-oriented approach that helps to regulate the nervous system and process traumatic experiences. SE looks at how the body reacts to traumatic events and how these reactions manifest themselves in the body and shape us. Attention is paid to how the body, emotions and thoughts interact with each other. The aim is to support the nervous system to integrate traumatic experiences and enable a new, healthier regulation.
